On July 26, 2019, external audit experts from the certification center conducted supervision and review of our quality management system. Under the company leadership's high attention and each department's active cooperation, the audit work is carried out in an orderly manner. Audit experts have given full recognition to the operation of the iso9001:2015 quality system of eurotop in the past year, and successfully passed the annual audit.
On the morning of 26th, the general manager of the company, on behalf of our company, welcomed the external audit teacher team to AUTO automation technology, and said that he would actively cooperate with audit experts in the work. He hoped that through this audit, problems could be found in time, deficiencies in the company's management level and work process could be found, and improvements could be made for loopholes. At the same time, the external audit work as an important link to make the company's quality management system more perfect and management level to a higher level.
Over the past year, we have further strengthened the strategic idea of quality development and introduced modern quality management concept and mode. Take ISO9001 as the main line of quality management, highlight customer satisfaction and continuous improvement as the basic principle, strengthen the key role of the person in charge at all levels, and use process control as a means to mobilize the enthusiasm of all staff to participate. Strict working procedures and objectives have been formulated for product design and development, raw material purchase and storage, production control, process and product post-monitoring, sales and customer service systems, forming a scientific and rigorous quality management system. Through the implementation of a large number of strategic measures and quality system certification, greatly improve the internal value of AUTO automation technology, build a good brand image, and provide more effective assurance for the quality of AUTO products and application programs.
